Where do I enter the information on Arizona Form 321 for a charitable donation that qualifies as a tax credit?

To get to the Arizona Form 321 screens, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your State return.
2. Continue through the pages, until you get to the page, Other Nonrefundable Credits. 
3. Click on the box next to Contributions to qualified charities (Form 321).
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter your information on the following screens.
