Where do I enter property taxes on my home?

Here is how to enter Property Taxes

1) Click the FEDERAL on the left tab

2) Select DEDUCTIONS & CREDITS at the top of the screen

3) Select show all tax breaks

4.) Choose YOUR HOME and select Show more

5) Click the START button on the line in this sub-group that is labeled Property ( Real Estate) Taxes

The program will not allow input on the 'my home' tax;  it will allow input on the other property tax line.   

I am also unable to input the property tax on my home.  HELP!  Looks like a flaw in software

Premier not allowing entry of personal home real estate tax field is protected only allowed to enter in foreign real estate tax

same for me. It's broken.  I can't complete my taxes.  Mine shows $0 in the line for main residence.  Can't change it.  :(
