Where do i enter out of town expenses when I am self employed?

You must upgrade to TT Self-Employed.

It would be best to report them under a travel category. Since this was business travel, it is appropriate to enter them there. If Turbo Tax self-employed does not have that category already, you can create one while you are preparing your expenses.
