Where do I enter ordinary dividends in Turbo Tax received from a foreign entity which does not provide a 1099-DIV?

@waynelouvier , you should enter the details just as if you had  a 1099-Div.    TurboTax  may ask for  the details of  the issuer / broker etc -- just use  a dummy EIN for that such as 23-12344567 ( if 00-0000000 does not work ).

Is there more I can do for you ?

Thank you. Based on your comment about a possible dummy EIN, would it be that TurboTax does not use the EIN data in the actual returns?

Right.  For interest and dividends you just need the name and amount.
