Where do I enter my T5 investment income in Turbo Tax (U.S. version)? I'm a U.S. citizen living and working in Canada.

I incorporated my business last year and receive dividends through the business which are reported on a T5 slip.

You enter just as if you had received forms 1099-INT and 1099-DIV. Here is where:

Federal

Income & Expenses

Interest and Dividends

Select Interest, enter

Select Dividends, enter

Remember to convert to USD.

Thanks for your help! But what amounts should I be entering in the 1099-DIV? I have "actual amount of dividends other than eligible dividends (box 10)", "taxable amount of dividends other than eligible dividends (box 11)", and "dividend tax credit for dividends other than eligible dividends (box 12)" on my T5. Which amounts go into which box in the 1099-DIV?
