Where can I find my union dues?

is it by chance on your W-2  form

Possibly ... if they are they would be in box 14.

If it's not on your W-2, or on a statement accompanying the W-2, look on your final pay stub for the year, or ask your employer. You could also ask the union how much you paid.

Union dues are not deductible on a Federal return, but might be on State.
