Where can i find my property taxes for your main home

Here are two options:

  1. Obtain Form 1098 from your mortgage lender. This tax document lists the mortgage interest you paid during the year and it also lists any real estate taxes your lender paid on your behalf through an escrow account.
  2. If you didn't have an escrow account or a mortgage lender, you can visit the website of the county assessor to which you pay property taxes. You should be able to view real estate tax assessments and payments for your property.
