Where can I enter the form 480. 6 B form Puerto Rico?

This is retirement income, so you will enter as a substitute for US Form 1099-R

Here is how to report in TurboTax:

in Federal

Income and Expenses tab

Scroll to Retirement Plans and Social Security

Start IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)

Did you have any of these types of income, mark "yes"

Respond Type in yourself

Check I need to prepare a substitute 1099-R

Continue and complete the information from form 480.6 B

There is no place to enter (from line 6) the amount paid and the amount withheld. Help

Form 1099-R (substitute) has Box 4 which is where you would enter your withholding.
