When will ItsDeductible be available so I can import my 2021 contributions into TurboTax?

A TurboTax representative advised me two weeks ago ItsDeductible would be available on 01/24/22 for TurboTax to import my charitable donations.

The desktop version is working now but the online version is not yet available.

I know if not available.  My question was "when" (what date?) will TurboTax be able to import ItsDeductible data?

We do not have a date.  TurboTax is currently working on updating It's Deductible, continue to check back to determine availability.

January 28, 2022.  Import from ItsDeductible is inoperable on the desktop version.  And none of the 3 methods for accessing the information are accessible., i.e. there's no prompt querying if the user has an ItsDeductible account, there is  no 'Tool' icon associated with the account, and no ItsDeductible search result, includes a 'Jump To....' URL.

The only solution seems to be to re-enter ALL of the data, either in ItsDeductible or by stating the value is provided by the ThriftStore.  Either defeats the purpose of using ItsDeductible throughout the year.

Finally, I was able to get TurboTax to import my charitable contributions from ItsDeductible using my desktop computer! It was frustrating to get that “ItsDeductible is Unavailable” error message for most of January.

@jackbrews ItsDeductible is ready to import. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information, How do I import my donations from ItsDeductible? 

 

If you are still not able to import and are getting an error message, please let us know.

I've been getting this error since late January and still receiving it and having TT Premier immediately shut down; thankfully with no data input lost.  I have error emailed Intuit many times with ZERO acknowledgements!

 

Not sure if or when Intuit will fix this issue.  Fortunately, my financial institution information was imported correctly.  Mike G.
