When It asks for Dependent Care paid do I put the total paid out even if I had some of it covered by a FSA, or just out of pocket Expense?

You should enter the entire expense paid.

The amount from your dependent care FSA is on your W-2 (most likely in box 10) and will be automatically included as income with your W-2 wages if the child care expenses are not greater or equal to the FSA amount paid. If there are dependent care expenses in excess of the amount paid from the dependent care FSA, you may be able to claim some of the child and dependent care credit.
