When I added a 1099-R with Box 7 marked 6 (a tax free exchange), I am asked about a disaster claim in 2017. Why?

My other 1099-R's havre  B0x 7 marked 7.  I did not claim any disasters in 2017.

I am using 2018 TurboTax - Premier.

This is a glitch. TT is working  on it.
