When flling online using deluxe, were do I report unqualified HSA expenses so that they are reported on form8889?

When you enter your 1099-SA, there should be a box to check for "were all these withdrawals used for qualified expenses."  If you check "no", the program should ask for the amount of qualified and non-qualified withdrawals.
