What percentage of phone and internet fees can I claim when shared with a home business?

Yes

Those expenses would be included in the home office expenses. If the phone and internet are shared with the entire home, the amount you can deduct is equal to the total expenses multiplied by the percentage of your home that is used as an office. For example, if there was 200 dollars in interest expenses and the home office was 100 square feet out of a 1200 square foot home, you could deduct 16.67 dollars (200 dollars X (100 Sq Ft/1200 Sq Ft)).
