What exactly does this mean? Percentage? Schedule B -- Form 1099-DIV (USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK USAA WORLD GROWTH FUND): Foreign source amount must be entered.

You apparently have some foreign tax paid on your 1099-DIV.  in order to use this tax, the program needs to know how much of the income shown was foreign income.  That's usually included with the detail on the back of your form.  You can only take a credit or deduction for foreign tax paid, for the amount of tax you would have paid on that income in the US.  Without knowing the income amount, it's impossible to calculate the allowable credit amount.  Mutual funds usually express the foreign income amount as a percentage of the total income reported on the form.
