What costs (such as labor and incidental and related costs) are included in qualified solar electric property costs

I have equipment which is qualified solar electric property on the roof of my home.  Which, if any of the following may be included in costs submitted for the Residential Energy Credit on Form 5695:

  - labor for installation of the qualified property

  - equipment installed with the qualified property necessary to attach it to the roof of the home

  - costs for parts of the house that must be modified or repaired in order to install qualified solar electric property (e.g. roof shingles, flashing, bracing, and other items associated with the installation of such items)

Roof repairs that are DIRECTLY because of installing the solar panels would be part of the installation.  Re-shingling the roof because it is a convenient time to do so would NOT be part of the qualified costs.
