We should qualify for the Child and Dependent Care Credit but it is showing as no credit for this year?

Make sure you are each showing income.  Check each W2, should be assigned to the right spouse.   If you have self employment income you need to have a profit to qualify.  Have you entered all your income yet?

We both have our income entered as well as the daycare business including the EIN. But on the review page it has us listed as no Dependent care credit.

Did your employer provide dependent care benefits that were excluded from your gross income?

If that's the case, you have to reduce the expenses for dependent care by the amount of dependent care benefits provided by the employer, and this could possibly explain what you're seeing.  See the IRS' Topic No. 602 Child and Dependent Care Credit for more information.

You might also look at the TurboTax Help article What is the Child and Dependent Care Credit? to verify you meet all the requirements to claim the credit.
