We just filed our taxes but noticed need to make a change which will reduce my taxes by $2500.

We just filed our taxes but noticed need to make a change which will reduce my taxes by $2500. Can I un-submit and then make the change now so I don't have to pay this tax now and file an extension? The money is scheduled to be withdrawn from my checking account on 4/15 so I haven't paid yet.

No.  You have to wait for the first return to be fully processed to amend.  Unless your efile rejects, then you can fix it and resend it.  Has it been Accepted yet?
