We had a health care flexible spending account and we left fund in it. Is it possible to deduct them from tax ? where do we enter them? Thanks

No, there is no additional deduction for the forfeited funds you left in your flexible spending account.  You did get a deduction for the amount you contributed, but there is no additional deduction for the amount left in the account.
