We are USA citizens, but living overseas, I did not see where I was supposed to put that in TurboTax?
How do I indicate on TurboTax that we are living overseas?

In the My Info section of the program you are asked for your resident state. In the dropdown for states scroll to the bottom of the list and select Foreign or US Possession.
