Vermont Property Tax Credit isn't calculated correctly. I lost $549.

I completed the information required for the Vermont 2023 Form HS-122 in TurboTax. I met all of the requirements to receive a property tax credit. TurboTax says that I "do not qualify because my income exceeds the maximum amount to calculate this credit." However, TurboTax did not allow me to complete the Vermont 2022 Schedule HI-144 to calculate my household income. I printed the schedule from the Vermont Department of Taxes website and completed the schedule. My household income is well below the maximum Vermont alows for the credit. How will TurboTax correct this error?
