Verify General Business Credit Carryforward

I am stuck at the first screen of Smart Check. I have been asked to "verify my general business credit carryforward information." I do not have a carryforward or carryback credit, so neither option applies to me. The Form 3800 wkst shows one entry of $0 for Line 1J, "Credit for Small Employer Pension Plan Start Up Cost."  Not sure what I clicked on to have this entered, but I cannot move on in the process.

Thoughts?

The general business credit is reported on form 3800, which may be carried forward from a previous year. If you don't have a business credit carryover or amount in the current year, you can try to delete the form in TurboTax by following these menu options:

  1. Tax tools (on the left menu bar)
  2. Tools
  3. Delete a form

Find form 3800 in the list and delete the form.

The form 3800 worksheet states that I have a carryforward of "none calculated) AND a "C - Gen BUS CR Carryforward"

Here is an image of the entries on Form 3800:

So, should I be entering $12,635 as a carryover or deleting this worksheet from my 2019 return?
