VEBA not used for years & can't contribute to it, but HSA started 2015. Do I report the VEBA?; Started out w/Deluxe but felt forced to switch to Premier but don't know why?

Sent a Form 1095-B (VEBA) & Form 1095-C (HSA).  Both are checked as "Covered all 12 months", but I haven't use the VEBA for anything for years.

A VEBA (which is not an IRS term) appears to be an FSA or an HRA (yes, "HRA", not HSA).

You have no reporting requirements on your tax return for either an FSA or an HRA, so don't worry about entering the VEBA.

I do not know what forced the upgrade to Premier; it wasn't the HSA, because you can do that in Deluxe.
