Using vehicle for work - deductions?

My wife is a mental health professional. She is a W-2 employee and gets mileage reimbursements, when she travels to see clients. She currently drives a Jeep Wrangler (had it, when she got the job), but given the miles she puts on, we are thinking of getting a smaller vehicle that's better on gas. She would only use it for work.

Are there any deductions we can take on the vehicle?
