Unable to eFile due to Form 1116

Need help!   I have used Turbo Tax over the past 4 years and have always  done F1116 to get Foreign Tax credit.  All data entered properly and Turbo system verified that everything is fine & that my return is ready to eFile.  After  submitting eFile I am getting a message that IRS is rejecting my return due to F1116 form.  I have double-checked -- everything is fine --  including the amount of credit.  Compared the F1116 with last years' - it is exactly same except the numbers for this year.    Any idea how to alleviate the situation?   This year I am using Turbo Tax Premium - prior years I used Turbo Tax Delux edition.   The only change that I noticed this year (Premium edition) asked me  to enter the Foreign currency conversion rate - which I did.  I do not think this was asked last year in Deluxe edition.    Tried to eFile  two times - failed both the times.    will appreciate your suggestions.  Thank you.
