Turbotax forced me to update childcare form with address information that was correct. Now it is duplicated many times and incorrect. How do I go back and fix it?

Yes, try this.

1. Go to "Federal Taxes" at the top of the screen.
2. Select "Deductions & Credits"
3. Scroll down to "You and Your Family" and select "Show More"
4. Select "revisit" next to "Child and Dependent Care Credit"
5. As you navigate through your entries, there will be a screen that says Here's what you spent on care providers
6. Delete the provider.
7. Then you should have no providers listed, however select the + add a care provider and then record the information. 
8. If this doesn't clear the error, you may need to delete your child in this section as well as the provider.
9. Go to tax tools>tools>delete a form>delete form 2441
10. Then go back through the section and add your child and provider back in. This should clear the issue once and for all.
