Turbotax 2022 Home & Business does not allow me to put a valid number in the field for Foreign qualified dividends. It was already set and now after an update it errors.

What does the error state is the discrepancy?

I tried to duplicate your issue in both the desktop and online versions of TurboTax.  Entering the dividend information for ordinary and qualified, then expanding the boxes to include foreign tax paid and answering the questions did not show an error or contradiction.  Only wrinkle I found was in the online version for initially listing the regulated investment company as the source of the foreign items and then assigning a country to it as opposed to the desktop version which did not require the RIC caption.
