Turbo Tax keeps saying I have an account in a foreign country even though I said I don't. How do I correct this?
Every time I go to file it tells me I need to upgrade because I have an account in a foreign country. I don't. I've fixed this multiple times and it keeps reverting every time.

You may have investment income reported in the form 1099 OID that has been reported. If this is the case;
Select Tax Home in the left pane
On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown on the right side of the Income & Expenses box, then select Start, Continue or Pick up where you left off
Select the dropdown to the right of Less Common Investments and Savings (1099-OID, contracts and straddles, etc.
Select Start or Revisit to the right of 1099-OID, Foreign Accounts
Continue through the following screens, unselecting any boxes that might have been previously selected incorrectly
