Turbo tax is not including my special tax deduction for $600 in charitable giving even though its permitted using standard deduction for 2021, why?

First, you must clear all donations from the Deductions & Credits input screen

Online version

1. Go to Deductions & Credits
2. Scroll to the very bottom
3. Select Wrap up Tax Breaks (Online)
4. Continue through the interview to 
5. Charitable Cash Contributions under Cares Act
6. Enter your donation.

How to do it on desktop version???

If you elect to take a charitable deduction on top of using the standard deduction (on Line 12b), please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your return. 
2. Click on the Federal Taxes tab.
3. Click Deductions &Credits.
4. Click on I'll choose what I work on. 
5. Scroll down and click the Done with Deductions button.
6. Continue until you reach the Get a tax break for donating cash to charity screen.
7. Enter your charitable cash contributions.
