Turbo tax is asking me bout a 1099-SA form and I don't have one this year, what do I do

its only generated for tax years with distributions so why is it asking me this

Are you in the HSA interview (Deductions & Credits->Medical->1099-SA, HSA, MSA)? Or are you in the Federal Review?

 

We need to figure out why TurboTax would ask this...give us some context, please...
