TT is insisting my Mortgage Interest needs to be limited but it does not as the requirements do not apply to our mortgage. How can I change this?

In the Mortgage Interest Limited Smart Worksheet, TT is checking the "Does your mortgage interest need to be limited:" as YES.

Some TurboTax customers are experiencing an issue with their home mortgage average balance. This can cause the home mortgage interest to be incorrectly limited.  This may be affecting your tax return.

I'm having the same issue.  I shouldn't be limited as such as I sold my home in 2020 and bought a new home in 2020.  I didn't two loans at the same time.  I'm not limited but Turbo Tax is automatically limiting my interest.  How can I fix this?  The original reply just states TurboTax is having an issue, rather than providing a resolution.
