TT desktop printed a form 8283. Do I need to sign it?

TT desktop printed for 8283, I have no idea if I need to sign it or complete it anymore than what TT did.

No deduction was above $4000 but all listed exceeded $500.   This was multiple donations to a local charity of books. clothing, and household items.  Values taken from It's Deductible section of TT.

Yes according to this link, it does need to be filled out if the amount of your deduction for each noncash contribution is more than $500. You must also file Form 8283 if you have a group of similar items for which a total deduction of over $500 is claimed.

Turbo Tax should fill in all the information required from the it's deductible section. You do not need to sign it as a stand-alone document.  When you do your final review though, Turbo Tax may ask for missing information not reported from It's deductible.
