The option to “import from its deductible” is not available in the TurboTax app or website? What else can I do?

If you have TurboTax Deluxe or higher, importing your ItsDeductible donations is easy. Here’s how:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. Search for donations and select the Jump to link.
3. Answer Yes to Did you make any donations to charity? 
4. On the next screen, answer Yes toDo you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?
5. Your donations will automatically load as long as you're using the same account for both ItsDeductible and TurboTax. On the next screen, select which donations you want to import and select Import Now.
6. Select Continue and review your charities on the next screen.

If you make changes to Its Deductible and want to import again, start again at step 2 above.

Note: TurboTax Free Edition and TurboTax Live Basic don't support Schedule A, which you’ll need to report charitable donations in ItsDeductible.

Honestly at first read, I thought you were ignoring the complaint that there is NO Import Button where one would expect it be located.

Perhaps you can modify the canned response to firstly acknowledge the issue being reported, and then mention you have an easy workaround to import Its Deductible items.  Then go to step 1.

Just my opinion as I had to read this twice before I got you weren't blowing us off 🙂

What if my import don't automatically loads?

@sherard1 It means you are not using the same account for both ItsDeductible and TurboTax. Please double-check the accounts connected to both.

I AM using same account for both.  Still "unavailable."  

Hello ... the tax year has not ended yet ... check back after the first of the year.  

Also unable to access. Problem first appeared in early December, continues today -- January 2
