The new CARES act allows for an above-the-line deduction for up to $300 of cash donations. When will this be supported by TurboTax 2019 software?

This deduction isn't allowed for 2019, so it will not be supported in the 2019 software.

 

The CARES Act makes this a deduction for the 2020 tax year, for contributions made in 2020.
