The home energy credit section says I can't get it for a solar system installed in 2023 to my second home that I use. IRS.gov suggests otherwise. Can this be fixed?

The updated Home Energy Credit Summary section is telling me that I can't get a home energy credit for 2023, based on a solar system installed in a second home. However the IRS FAQ section (https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/frequently-asked-questions-about-energy-efficient-home-improvements-and-residential-clean-energy-property-credits-qualifying-residence) suggests otherwise. What am I missing?
