The front of my home has stucco and I had it re-sealed and re-done last year would that be considered energy efficient

No.  It is not a system designed specifically to resist heat gain or loss (house wrap, insulation, etc).

 

You don’t get a tax credit for ordinary maintenance and repairs that you should be making anyway as a responsible home owner.
