Tax Year Prior to 2020: Oregon Mortgage Interest and Property Tax deductions

Why didn't Turbo Tax do an Oregon Schedule A so I could deduct my mortgage interest and property tax payment?

For Oregon you are only entitled for a Mortgage Interest Credit Subtraction provided you itemized in your federal return. You will not have this credit if you did not itemized. As you know, the new TCJA increased the standard deduction thereby making it not beneficial for most taxpayers to itemized.
