I was on F1 visa for the first 10months of the year and then on H1B visa for last two months of the year. During f1 visa i only had my federal taxes deducted (live in Texas) and while on H1b visa, I had Social Security, Medicare and along with Federal taxes deducted.
When filing the taxes, will I have to pay any dues since my total wages vs total deductions will be less as per H1b visa standard deductions ?
