submitting a form 2210 in turbo tax

I had a jump in income the last quarter of 2019. Anticipating the tax implications, I paid the estimated tax to cover it.  I expected I'd have to file a 2210AI demonstrating the income pattern to avoid paying a penalty.

After completing TurboTax including the special 4th quarter estimated tax payment, TT determined I would get a slight refund, but did not notice the unequal estimated tax payment to trigger a 2210.

Is there a way to trigger a 2210 form in TT or can I just attach one to the e-filed report? If attaching it is the only option, how do I do it?

To complete the Form 2210, including the use of the annualized method for your end of year income, click the "magnifying glass Search" icon on the top row.  In the search window type "underpayment penalty" and hit return or enter, then click on the "Jump to underpayment penalty" link.
