State and local tax deduction

I started my return using the online Premier version but decided to purchase the Home & Business for windows version because I am completing multiple returns. So I am now using the windows version and notice that Turbo has calculated my itemized deductions differently in online vs windows version. The online version is higher. When I looked at the tax breakdown, it appears to be because Turbo is calculation my state and local taxes paid as $189 lower in the windows version. I have triple checked everything, and I've entered taxes paid the exact same. Why is the windows version calculating a lower deduction, and therefore refund?

You said you started online. There must be more input creating a difference. The SALT (state and local tax) calculates from different areas of the software. All of your W2 wages would need to be inputted. Sales tax used could have varied. So many factors for line 5. See About Schedule A (Form 1040 or 1040-SR), Itemized Deductions

The inputs are exactly the same, quadruple checked. The desktop software was excluding one of my quarterly estimated local tax payments. The Turbotax rep also seemed to be baffled. After about an hour, I finally realized I could download the draft pdf tax return from the online version. I saved and then opened it in the desktop version. That actually worked and the desktop version then matched the online. So the desktop software has a bug.
