Standard Deduction - Do I even need to list potential itemizations?

Hi All - general question, but if, year over year, i know i just want to take the standard deduction, do i even need to bother with & list potential itemizations like property tax, medical expenses, mortgage interest, etc?  just in the interest of saving time?  IE can i just "opt in" immediately on turbotax to the standard deduction, skip everything else, and be done with it?    Random question i know. but just wanted to confirm.  I don't see a top level "select standard deduction" button anywhere for example.  Thanks much!

Well you don't have to enter them but you do have to keep hitting continue to get through them.

that's odd, right?  why won't turbotax just let you opt in to standard and not waste the time?
