St return accepted with anticipated refunded but now they said o need proo Of deductions on schedule c ?

The feds or state can audit the return for any reason at any time ... they are requiring you show the proof of payment  of the expenses you took on the Sch C.  Comply with their request ASAP ... send copies only and not original receipts.
