Somebody else is doing 1099 I don't have a business I don't have any permit or license on paper I got is1095

I am a caregiver for my family otherwise o do surveys online

If you received compensation for doing the surveys (cash or product), you might receive a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC which you may have to report on your income tax return.
