Sold a house in Ohio that only had my husbands name on title am I responsible for reporting my half of equity received?

Still married working on divorce. Moved from Ohio to Mississippi in March 2020

it depends.  Are you filing Married Filing Joint or Married Filing Separate? If filing separate, then you will need to report 1/2 of the equity received since you both benefited from the sale of a home you two once shared.
