Solar tax credit wrong; where do I file a bug?

According to https://www.irs.gov/instructions/i5695, the credit for 2020 is 26%.  Even though they extended the credit for 2021 and 2022 (which are both 26% now), 2020 is still 26%.

TurboTax Premier is trying to tell me it's 30%; looks like they forgot to update that.

Note: I had this same problem with the EV credit last year -- seems like Intuit is lacking a good process to make sure these basic updates are getting done each year.

If you are using the downloaded version make sure your program has been updated.

Looks like I'm on version "[phone number removed]" -- I've noticed it automatically updates when I open the software usually.

I would think the "2020" product would have the correct values for 2020 taxes without requiring updates.  I understand if some are missed occasionally, but they aren't just going to magically appear in an update without Intuit knowing about the problem.

So I restate my question: where can I file a bug OR is there a place where I can see if others have already reported this?

I found a different version number that doesn't look like a phone number (that was incredibly annoying)
