So i have searched the help and it doesn't tell me what expense category that I enter my mileage. I was a self employed delivery driver for part of the year.

I see that it says choose profit or loss for business but can not find that anywhere

You need to enter your delivery business income and expenses in the Wages and Income section in the Federal portion of TurboTax. Then look for Self-employment income and expenses. Once in that section, look for Business Vehicle Expense under Business Expenses:
