So, I do not have childcare related expenses of babysitting but even providing "no" I see my last year's baby sitter's name and I am getting a tax credit for that. Help!

You may delete the form and related information:

1. Under Tax Tools, choose Tools
2. Choose Delete a Form
3. Scroll through your return until you find Form 2441, click Delete to the right of the form
4. Confirm that you wish to delete the form
