So Do I get EIC or CTC if I HAVE an ITIN# and NOT a SSN?

I have for children and worked all year but I only have a itin number and not a social when I file will I be able to get the earned income credit and or the child tax credit or do I not qualify because I do not have a Social and only the itin number

The taxpayer, spouse (if filing jointly) and any qualifying child listed on Schedule EIC must all have Social Security numbers (SSNs) issued by the Social Security Administration before the due date of the return (including extensions) to claim the EITC.

However, an ITIN can  be used to claim the Child Tax Credit (CTC).

You do not qualify for the EIC, your children must have a valid Social Security number to eligible for the credit.
