Should I leave the auto filled boxes on Turbo's screen for prior depreciation amounts for my home office? I haven't found the amount on my 2023 tax return.

Yes, if you filed with TurboTax last year, the program will carry forward the information from a previous year.  You shouldn't change anything with the depreciation unless you have to add another depreciable asset.
