should I enter donations if I am using standardized deductions?

I have had enough donations in the last few years that it was still worth it for me to itemize deductions.  This year I am better off with the standard deduction.

Is there any reason I should still enter information on its deductible?  I live in Wisconsin.  Maybe I should for state taxes?

No, if you are taking the standard deduction for both your WI and your federal returns, there is no reason for you to enter your charitable donations as these are only deductible if you itemize your return.

Both Wisconsin and the federal government only allow charitable donation deductions if you itemize your return.
