Schedule A

I entered gifts to charities, mortgage interest, property taxes. At the end of entering this information the next page that pops up is the summary page with a listing of the 2019 amounts compared to 2018. The 2019 amounts column indicates zeros for all categories.  Also,I  entered 3,732 for real estate taxes and Turbo tax has 7,320. I'm confused. I cannot find Schedule A to print.

It depends. The forms may not be printing because by taking the standard deduction this year, the deduction is higher.

To see Schedule A, if you are in TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

  • From the left menu, select Tax Tools
  • Print Center
  • Print, save or preview this year's return
  • Scroll to find Schedule A.
    • This may not populate if the standard deduction is being used

To see Schedule A, if you are in TurboTax CD/Download, follow these steps:

  • From the Forms mode, go to Open Forms and double click
  • Enter Schedule A
  • Highlight Schedule A and click Open Form
